Role

This role spans multiple regions across India. You will be responsible for driving business growth in the PTL, Cruiser, and Conveyor product lines by targeting projects with smaller volume requirements. A key focus will be expanding Addverb’s presence within the MSME sector and developing an entirely new business pipeline.

Responsibilities

 
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their needs, and challenges in warehouse operations.
  • Analysis and Solution Design - Work with clients to understand their specific warehouse automation requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Presenting and Pitching Solutions - Effectively communicate the value proposition of warehouse automation solutions, highlighting benefits like increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved accuracy.
  • Sales Process Management - Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Building Relationships - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor, and providing ongoing support.
  • Meeting Sales Targets - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Market Knowledge - Stay up to date with the investments in the region and Warehouse Hubs.
  • Technical Proficiency - Develop a good understanding of warehouse automation technologies.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Required Years of Experience

  • Minimum Qualification - Any Graduate, 60% and above throughout the education
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Knowledge of MS Office
