We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Institutional Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our robotics products (Quadrupeds, cobots,AGVs, AMRs, exoskeletons, etc.) in engineering colleges and high-end schools across India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in institutional sales, a deep understanding of educational ecosystems, and the ability to articulate the value of cutting-edge robotics solutions to enhance laboratory infrastructure and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage decision-makers in engineering institutions, high-end schools, and academic organizations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for faculty, management, and procurement teams.

  • Analyze the educational robotics market to identify growth opportunities.

  • Stay updated on trends and needs in robotics and automation training.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials.

  • Design customized robotics lab solutions in partnership with institutions.

  • Provide post-sales support for smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate between customers and technical teams for product queries and training.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine products and services.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Required Years of Experience

3-5 years of proven success in institutional sales, preferably in the technology, robotics, or educational equipment sector.
