We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Institutional Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our robotics products (Quadrupeds, cobots,AGVs, AMRs, exoskeletons, etc.) in engineering colleges and high-end schools across India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in institutional sales, a deep understanding of educational ecosystems, and the ability to articulate the value of cutting-edge robotics solutions to enhance laboratory infrastructure and learning outcomes.
Identify and engage decision-makers in engineering institutions, high-end schools, and academic organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for faculty, management, and procurement teams.
Analyze the educational robotics market to identify growth opportunities.
Stay updated on trends and needs in robotics and automation training.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials.
Design customized robotics lab solutions in partnership with institutions.
Provide post-sales support for smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate between customers and technical teams for product queries and training.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
