Role Overview:

This position exists to analyze the projects throughout their life cycle (starting from IKOM until system handover to customer). The role includes managing customer/client alongside stakeholders like software, design, R&D for software products, mobile robotics among others, to ensure project completion within stipulated scope, schedule, quality and budget.

Responsibilities

 
  • Able to design custom dashboards using business intelligence as per client requirements & client sign off for development.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to analyse operational data of customers and propose relevant functionalities and design solutions along with Sales team as and when required.
  • Finalize and freeze Functional Specification Document, interfaces and interactions in consultation with the customer for various product deployment solutions.
  • Advises clients on latest technology trends and best practices for their operations and looks at a software’s security, scalability, maintainability, ease of use and performance.
  • Enhance the existing products by developing relevant features and functionalities in the Software Suite (WMS, WCS, FMS, MES) by using the technology stack.
  • Keep up with the latest technologies in Robotics domain and suggest development of new products accordingly.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Required Years of Experience

 
  • B.Tech+ MBA – Operations Management/ Industrial engineering / Systems equivalent
  • 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Experience of working in SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT /SAP EWM
